Our Facility
Magnolia Manor is a private, non-
institutional adult living facility. Our facility
is an alternative for seniors that may be
living alone and trying to cope with an
environment that often exceeds their
physical, psychological and financial
resources. At Magnolia Manor, we live in a
community atmosphere and residents are
encouraged to participate in activities to
the extent that they desire.

Provisions
Our facility provides the following:
* Continuous awareness of the clients
* Three meals each day
* Supervision of self administered medication
* Assistance with bathing
* All housekeeping and laundry done
* Daily Activities
* Weekly beautician available at low cost
* Cable in every room

We will care for your loved one on a short
term basis while you are away or if you

Our Residents
Seniors that enjoy Magnolia Manor residency
are comfortable in a community atmosphere in
both social and physical aspects. In most cases
they are unable to live independently at home.
Therefore, we offer daily assistance with
incontinent care, supervision of medications and
assistance with meals.

provide 24 hour nursing/medical care as would a nursing home.

Relatives or friends that intend to
take a resident off premises should
check in with the Manager and use
the sign-out book.

Activities
Several activities are provided for our residents
on a daily basis. We organize our activities to
meet the needs and interests of each resident.
Some of our current activities include:
* Daily morning exercise
* Musical events weekly
* Crafts
* Games, Bingo and Current Events
* Resident's choice dinner outing once per month
* Resident's group/individual outings are
scheduled twice per month.

New Residents / Belongings
Incoming residents should bring at least five sets
of clothing. Depending on the season a resident
may need a few sweaters and/or cardigans. Each
individual piece of clothing should be marked in
an obvious place (such as the inside tag) with
the resident's initials in permanent marker. We
encourage all residents to bring along pictures
of loved ones to display on the dresser
of their bedroom.

and a private bathroom. The facility
is decorated very home-like and
each resident is encouraged to bring
